This event series aims to spark conversation, debate, and ideas around Barriers to Employment.

FBC aims to:

• engage employers, decision-makers, people who have power in these areas in their businesses across Canada to participate, share ideas, what works, what does not, what they need/want to change

• engage the community across Canada to attend/engage (where possible) to share their thoughts, ideas, concerns with employment in the financial sector, hear about opportunities in the financial sector
